About the EliteBook 800 series

The EliteBook 800 series is one of the most widely deployed business laptops in the UK, and many are bought refurbished afterwards. They are well built and designed to be serviced, with memory slots and replaceable drives on most generations.

Common questions

Can you repair several EliteBook 840 laptops for a business?

Yes. Tell us how many and what is wrong with each, and we arrange one collection. Company laptops are usually encrypted, so ask your IT department for the BitLocker recovery key first.

Will a repair affect the data or the company set-up?

No. We do not wipe or reinstall anything without asking. Most hardware repairs leave Windows and your files exactly as they were.
