Repairing Surface devices
Surface devices are sealed with adhesive instead of screws, and many repairers will not touch them. The screen has to come off to reach anything inside, and on most models that is the only way in.
It can be done, with care and the right parts. Screens, batteries and charging faults are the repairs we are asked about most. On models with a removable SSD, we can also protect your data before anything else is attempted.
