Where we collect from: the whole of the UK
One workshop in London, and a courier network that reaches every UK postcode. Wherever you are, the repair is the same; only the journey differs.
How coverage works
We do not run local branches or use local agents. Every laptop comes to the same workshop in London SE1 and is repaired by the same technicians. A customer in Aberdeen and a customer in Bromley get the same assessment, the same fixed price and the same warranty.
Collections are made by insured courier from your home or workplace. For most of the UK the parcel is with us soon after it leaves you. Remote areas, islands and Northern Ireland take a little longer in transit, and we tell you what to expect when you book.
