Courier laptop repair: collected, fixed, returned
Your laptop travels to our London workshop by insured courier and comes back repaired and tested. You never need to leave the house, and you always know the price before any work is done.
The four steps
- Tell us what is wrong. Call 020 7237 6805 or send the form with the make, model and fault. A technician replies, normally the same working day, with a likely cost and whether the repair makes sense.
- We arrange collection. An insured courier collects the boxed laptop from your home or workplace on a day that suits you.
- Free assessment, fixed price. We find the fault and give you one price. Nothing is repaired until you approve it.
- Repair, test, return. The laptop is repaired, tested and sent back by courier with a 3-month warranty on the repair.
Three ways to get your laptop to us
Courier collection
The usual choice outside London. We book the courier; you pack the laptop and hand it over.
Send it yourself
Use Royal Mail Special Delivery or your own courier, tracked and insured, to the workshop address. Contact us first so we know to expect it.
Bring it in
Walk in to the workshop in London SE1, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Beckenham is available by appointment.
Why send it to a workshop instead of a local shop?
Many high-street shops can swap a screen or reinstall Windows, and send anything harder away. The faults that write laptops off, such as dead motherboards, liquid damage and charging circuits, need bench equipment and component-level repair. That work is done here, by the people you speak to on the phone.
A courier also makes sense when there is simply no repairer nearby, or when you cannot spare half a day to travel to one. Read how to pack the laptop and what to do before you send it.
