About Creative IT
Laptop Repair Services is the courier repair service of Creative IT, a computer repair and data recovery company working from Bermondsey, London, since 2004.
A workshop, not a call centre
Creative IT repairs laptops, Macs and desktop PCs and recovers data from failed drives. The work is done in our own workshop at Willow Walk, London SE1, by technicians who also answer the phone.
This website exists for customers who are nowhere near Bermondsey. A laptop collected by courier is assessed and repaired on the same benches, to the same standard and under the same warranty, as one carried through the door.
We work for home users, students, businesses and schools. Some send one laptop in ten years; some send a batch every term.
