Sending a laptop from London

London customers have the most choice. The workshop at Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, SE1 5SY is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and you are welcome to bring the laptop in and talk to a technician. In south-east London, we also see customers by appointment at 21 Village Way, Beckenham.

Getting across London with a broken laptop is not always practical, though. If you are in Coulsdon, Enfield or Uxbridge, or simply cannot leave work, a courier collection from your home or office does the same job.

Common questions

Do I need an appointment to walk in?

Not at the SE1 workshop, which is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Beckenham is by appointment on 020 8658 4366.

Can a laptop be repaired while I wait?

Some repairs are completed the same day when the part is in stock. Call ahead with the model and the fault and we will tell you what to expect.
